Central Evasion Belt

Two training partners each ‘link’ by means of a webbing strap which is attached to belts worn by the athletes. The strap is connected by an easy attach tab at the centre which can be easily disconnected. The objective is to stay with your partner no matter how elusive he/she attempts to be Intensity, agility and footspeed are all generated in this challenge
